However, in order to make and edit additional notes, you will have to upgrade OneNote Mobile for Android to an unlimited version by making a purchase in the application.
System Requirements:

▪ Using OneNote Mobile for Android requires a Windows Live ID. Use an existing identifier or leave OneNote help you create one.
▪ Internet functionality use the OneNote Web App free application available on SkyDrive, which requires a supported Internet browser.
