Note&Do is an useful freeware add-in for Office 2010 and Office 2007 which allows users to create simple notes and also to-do tasks. The advantage of using this add-in is that you can create notes from any of the text in the document or presentation of Excel sheets by simply drag and drop. You can also drag and drop the notes to the documents as well. It also comes embedded with a To Do where you can add your tasks and se the category. The add-in once installed can be accessed from a separate tab in the ribbon.

You can categorize notes and tasks with color and also pin a note for a certain application or for all the applications.

See the Note&Do pane displayed in the following Office applications you use:

  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
