Google today released a new extension for Google Chrome that will help you quickly access your AdSense earning reports without leaving the page you are currently reading.

View your DoubleClick for Publishers, AdSense or AdExchange Seller account data without leaving your website.

The Google Publisher Toolbar gives AdSense publishers two easy ways to access real-time information about their accounts and the ads served on their websites.

Pop-up account overview lets you view the following at a glance:

• Account earnings summary (today, yesterday, this month, last month)
• Top 5 custom channels (selectable date range)
• Top 5 URL channels (selectable date range)
• Lifetime revenue

In-site ad overlay gives you the following options right in your site:

• Overlays for both adunit-based and legacy AdSense ads for the logged in user
• Overlays for DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) tags on overlay-enabled domains
• Instant summary reporting on adunit-based AdSense tag overlays
• Instant summary reporting on legacy AdSense tags containing custom channels
