What use to be a good note taking program has morphed in full-ledged collaborative tool similar to Evernote early this year. So what’s the difference? In Evernote’s favor, it downloads your notes so they can viewed when you are offline; Springpad requires you be Internet connected but doesn’t cap your data transfer to 60MB/month like Evernote does. Springpad has a nicer user-interface and can scan barcodes. Share your notes on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and email. Both are great apps, try both and decide what works best, or use both!
