How to Use Tenorshare PDF Converter

Step 1: Selecting word,excel,PPT,PDF and other files for Conversion

Download Tenorshare PDF Converter and install it on your PC. Run the program, you can see the following interface. If you want to convert PDF to Word, select “Convert from PDF”. If you want to convert Word/Excel/PowerPoint to PDF, please choose “Convert to PDF”. Click “Add Files” button to add files you want to convert. Tenorshare PDF Converter allows you to add unlimited files one time for conversion.

Step 2: Specify output options and folder

For Word output files, there are two formats for you to choose. For PDF output files, you can set password, encryption level, etc. in “Advanced Options”. Then click “Browse” to locate your output folder for your destination files. 

NOTE: 

1. To customize pages to be converted, use commas (,) and dash (-) only between page numbers. For example, enter 22, 12-15 means converting the 22th page, page 12 to 15. 
2. Please view ‘Advanced Options’ section to know more about conversion settings parameters.

Step 3: Convert files with one click

Click “Convert” button to start conversion. After successfully completed, the finish dialogue window will appear. Click “Open File” button to view the converted file or click “Close” button to close the screen.
