Tech tips: Access Metro application from Windows Explorer in Windows 8

As you know Windows 8 bring to the Metro Start Screen at this place you can easily run metro apps. There are some ways to access the metro apps as open normally or pin Windows 8 metro apps to the taskbar,.. but don’t you know is that you also run metro apps with Windows Explorer! 

This article guide you how to access metro apps from Windows Explorer, see steps below:

Step 1: Create a new shortcut

Right click on desktop, choose New/ Shortcut

Step 2: At the Type the location enter the command: 

% Windir% \ explorer.exe shell ::: {4234d49b-0245-4df3-b780-3893943456e1}

Step 3: Rename for shutcut

You choose the name for shortcut (ex: My apps)

Step 4: Open the new shortcut you will the the result ===> your Metro applications  😆
