When you link your Skype account with your Microsoft or Facebook account, you can get in touch with your Messenger buddies and Facebook friends directly from Skype. If you decide to unlink the accounts, you will no longer see them in your Skype contact list.

To unlink your Skype and Microsoft or Facebook accounts:

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: In the Account details section, click Profile.

Step 3: In the Account information section, click Unlink next to your Microsoft or Facebook account ID.

Step 4: An information window opens. Read the information and, if you agree, select Continue to unlink your Skype and Microsoft or Facebook accounts.

If the accounts are successfully unlinked, a confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the page. The unlinked account ID will be removed from the Skype Account Profile page.
