2). Set parent – set the parent for one or more terms (for hierarchical taxonomies)

How to use:

Step 1: Go to WP-Admin/ Posts/ Categories.

Step 2: Find the Bulk Actions dropdown.

Step 3: Choose categories or tags the actions that you want.
