Trusted Contacts is the upgraded of Trusted Friends which has released since 2011 by Facebook, it is like a “spare key” to help you get back your Facebook account in case you were hacked.

How can Trusted Contacts do?

When you lose the control of the Facebook account cause of hacked pass and email, Trusted Contacts will send information to reset the password for you!
Normally, when using the password recovery function Facebook will ask you to answer the “Security Question”, or ask you to specify the names of some friends on one of the photos you’ve posted! If fail 2 tests, you could not recover your Facebook account! (: lol:). Facebook known this issue and has released Trusted Contacts, to help you identify yourself – based authentication 3-5 friends you most trust. Using Trusted Contracts, you will register from 3 to 5 friends on Facebook who are your most trusted friends, and you can call them directly by phone.
When the issue occurs, you will send them a link, through which they can get a safety code includes 4 digit number. Then you will contact them (by phone, chat, …) to get at least 3 safety code and fill in as required by Facebook.
DONE! Welcome back to your home!
