Way 1: Tapping or clicking on Restart while you are holding down the Shift button, then wait for the Advanced Startup Options menu opens.

Way 2:

1. Restart your PC
2. Choose the boot option for System Recovery, Advanced Startup, Recovery,… (Tip: You also can press F11 to start System Recovery)
3. Wait for Advanced Startup Options opens

Way 3: 

1. Open the charms bar/ Settings/Change PC settings
2. Select Update and recovery/ Recovery/ Locate Advanced startup
3. Click on Restart and the Advanced Startup Options opens.

Way 4: 

1. Open Command Prompt
2. Shutdown your system by the command prompt: shutdown /r /o
3. Click on Close button if any message appears.
4. Wait the Advanced Startup Options menu opens
