In SmartSHOW 3D, the user will find professional tools to bring the visual content and the audio tracks together in perfect harmony. In addition to importing unlimited music files, it is now possible to make microphone recordings. Adding voice commentaries for selected slides, moving them on the timeline with drag & drop, adjusting the volume of music and microphone, applying faders… All of the above is easy with the improved music options and the professional timeline.

Another key to success is the use of visual effects. SmartSHOW 3D is already known for impressive 3D animation, and the new version opens endless scopes for creativity with artistic photo filters. The visual effects list is comprised of “old film” (also known as sepia), grayscale, vignette, color hue, mosaic, pixelation, inversion and other filters that can magically transform an ordinary photo. It is also possible to make these effects fade in or out – for example, achieve an original color play turning black & white into a bright colored picture. While advanced users will finetune any filters by themselves, beginners can take advantage of ready-made templates in the animation effects gallery.

Other important improvements are multiple undo & redo functionality in the slide editor. The built-in crop tool along with the brightness and contrast filters eliminate the need for an external photo editor. Users can now adjust the software look to their preferences by choosing between light and dark interface styles.
