If you’re planning on renovating your home, there are probably a million different ideas floating around in your head, and you’re finding it hard to settle on one. It can be very stressful as if you make a mistake with home renovation, it can be hard to rectify it and you may be stuck with the results for a long time. Luckily, there are now some very handy apps that can do the work for you… at least some of it! These apps are divided into categories. There are simple apps available to help you do decide simple things like paint colors as well as more complex apps that visualize how a newly designed room will look in 3D. Other apps like Houzz allow you to gain inspiration from others and this app is growing in popularity around the world. It allows you to browse over 10 million photos to see what people are doing all around the world and you can even post your own pictures when you’re finished with the renovations.

There are also some very practical apps that allow you to get precise measurements in the rooms you’re renovating. For example, the Home Improvement Calcs app has more than 170 calculations & conversions all in one convenient place.

It can be hard to know if you will find these apps useful without downloading them yourself and luckily plenty of the apps featured in the infographic are free to all!
